·More than 3 years of experience in brand planning and real estate planning for large enterprises;

·Strong case writing ability, logical thinking, good teamwork awareness, and organizational communication and coordination skills.

·Lead the team to manage the entire lifecycle of the project, from front-end market negotiations to product mass production;

·Review the design scheme of the project and assess its feasibility;
